Unless explicitly stated otherwise and prescribed by a licensed professional, our products do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

• You should consult with a physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or rehabilitation program using our equipment.

• If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while using our equipment, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention.

• The Company assumes no liability for injury or damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, or disregarding medical advice while using our systems.

When using Indafit Tech hardware and software, you agree to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the provided safety manuals and digital onboarding flows.

• Maintain the physical environment around the hardware to ensure safe operation.

• Ensure that any minor or individual requiring assistance is properly supervised when interacting with the equipment.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the intelligent resistance mechanisms, sensors, or embedded software.

To access certain intelligent features, personalized training, or analytics, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

All content, software, hardware designs, adaptive resistance algorithms, machine learning models, and brand assets (including "Indafit Tech", "Striverfit®", "StriverRehab™", "StriverAssist™", "StriverCare™", and "StriverInsights™") are the exclusive property of Indafit Tech or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software embedded in our hardware for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Indafit Tech, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services again).

If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the betterment of our hardware or software systems, you grant Indafit Tech a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Indafit Tech is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
